My cousin as a computer programmer

My cousin works as a computer programmer in a top American company based in the Philippines. Their company manufactures solar panel, a packaged interconnected assembly of solar cells installed (on the roof, ground and pole of a house or industry) for later energy use. She works there for almost four years now. She doesn’t want to transfer to another company because she is happy with her current employment. I remember when she was just applying to that company; she just searched it on the web.

Searching for companies on the web especially when you are applying for a job is quite convenient. Usually, applicants look for companies with good reputation in the country and business community. Successful companies consult reputation management companies in order to be more successful in the industry. My cousin’s company also did it, and that is the reason why it is one of the most successful companies in the US today.
